Breakthrough the Limitations

Do you remember, what’s the first thing Tony did when he was at his lowest point in his life before he started out?

Yesterday I managed to reignite my running after a 6 month hiatus due to multiple colds and infections.

The starting part was tough, as my left leg suddenly did not want to raise itself up, after the warm ups.

I forced myself to attempt to run, however, I become like a one legged pirate attempting a sprint.

The muscles simply refused to work.

All the negative beliefs started coming, saying “you might injure yourself, you should stop and rest…”.

Powerful Message from an Introvert

Powerful Message from an Introvert

Below is from LinkedIn, credit to Mr. David Wee. Powerful message that we feel should shared with people.

Introvert

I am an introvert. I like to be left alone so I can produce outstanding work. “Socialise” is advice I often get but it irritates me. Do they know what they are asking of an introvert? I felt cheated when I found out promotions and other workplace gains are driven by factors aside from performance. It’s not fair. So I did something about it – acquired new habits.

Nice People Around Still

Today I would like to share some miracle experience that I feel after the last day of Unleash The Power Within conference by Tony Robbins in Singapore. One of my limiting belief that I have is not all people are trust able. During the transformation day, which the Day 3 of the seminar that I have finally removed my limiting beliefs and replaced it with a new belief which is People are Nice 🙂

Then the next day and subsequent day when we walk around Singapore at Chinatown area, we met few people which are very nice. People been showing us way, and got one time even without us asking and yet the lady asking us where we want to go and pointing us the correct direction to go.

I believe that and also what I learnt from UPW is we get what we focus on. As now my new belief is people are nice and I focus on that and that are all I got, nice people. AWESOME! hehe.

Singaporean, you guys are freaking rocks.

How to Stay Happy

I am part of a Life Builder Group called Circle of Trust where we have a Whatsapp group to share our feeling or gratitude everyday. This morning, one of the buddy started her morning sharing by asking me “How are you feeling today?” At first, my mood is normal today or can said a bit dull. After I listen to her voice clip, her happy voice wake me up and in just few seconds I started to feel good and happy too. This experience make me feel that it is really very true that if we want to feel happy, surrounded by happy people. If we feel want to be successful, surrounded by people that is more successful than us.

When Exercise Become a Must

My cute little boy is taking care by a babysitter during weekday. She is a married lady and about 60 plus years old. There is one time, she told me that she used to exercise daily by fast walk at the kitchen, then I was shocked, and asked her how she exercise when there is no treadmill equipment available. You know what she told me? She said I just do a fast walk at the same place as thought there is a treadmill. Wow, she reminded me of what I heard before last time, when it is a must, we will do whatever it take. And my babysitter is a good example.

How to Feel Happy

I am Bryan here and today I want to share with everyone on one of my own story about how to feel happy. Previously, it is quite hard for me to feel happy. Whenever I was down or low in motivation, then I will go buy something for myself. When I received the item then I will feel very happy but maybe for a day or perhaps less than a day. I remembered got once I bought myself a Asus tablet running on Android. I feel excited and joy when the tablet arrived, unboxed it and then start playing with it. Then very fast the joy and happy feeling over and it back to the normal me.

Sometimes, I will buy gift for the people that I love and give them a surprise. The smile and joy on their face make my day a better ones. I felt more happy and the feeling last much longer compare to I buy something for myself. Then buying gift for others become one of the way that I can feel happy. But of course I am not everyday buying things for people : )
